WE MAKE LIVING MEANINGFUL
Elpha Metrics Team
Behind every Elpha Metrics project is a small but sharp team wearing a lot of different hats, sometimes literally. From strategy and concept development to site supervision, budgeting, contracts and digital marketing, and everything that keeps a project moving in between, the crew brings decades of combined experience, real design training and a shared allergic reaction to sloppy finishing. Some have been in the industry the better part of a lifetime, others are just a couple of years in and already holding their own, but everyone here cares about the same thing: seeing a project through from a rough idea to a space someone actually enjoys using.
Leadership

Kevin Teh - Chief Executive Officer
Kevin's superpower is taking a client's fuzzy "something modern but also cosy?" brief and turning it into an actual concept people get excited about. With more than 20 years across a genuinely wide mix of industries, corporate offices, showrooms and exhibition booths among them, he stays hands-on right through design development and the final quality checks. That design background never left him, not even now that he's CEO. He's the one who'll spot the slightly uneven skirting or the paint that's almost the right shade but not quite, and won't sign off until it's fixed. That eye for a proper finish has become something of a house standard: work under Kevin long enough and finishing to a good standard stops being optional.

Ellyca Choy - Managing Director
Ask Ellyca to walk you through a project and she'll casually mention joinery details, tender documents and site coordination like it's just another Tuesday. Ten-plus years in, she's the one who recently steered a RM50 million hotel project at Elpha Metrics from first tender all the way to final handover, on time, no small feat in this industry. Budget spreadsheets under control, and somehow still has patience left for last-minute site changes.
Design Team

Yvonne Cheong - Senior Interior Designer
Yvonne's spent eight years moving from project design to sales design to full-on interior design before joining Elpha Metrics, which looks like career indecision until you realise it means she can hand-sketch a concept, walk a client through the numbers, and still deliver a polished 3D visual, all in one sitting. She holds a BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture from UCSI University, picked up a 2nd Prize for residential design work early in her career, and has since worked across corporate, retail, F&B, healthcare and showroom spaces. Comfortable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max (with Vray and Corona), Photoshop and Illustrator, and her furniture layouts alone could probably win an argument with your feng shui master. Her manual sketching, though, might honestly be the most old-school-impressive skill in her toolkit.

Yeu Shiuan Huey - Interior Designer
Still early in her career, but Shiuan Huey's already juggling offices, retail kiosks, condos and even a school project at Elpha Metrics, no small feat this early in the game. She takes concept development seriously, right down to furniture layouts and custom carpentry details most people wouldn't think twice about. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop; her toolkit does the heavy lifting so clients can actually picture the finished space.
Project Delivery

Mok Zhen Wei - Project Manager
Mok's the guy who turns a stack of technical drawings and construction details into an actual finished space, on schedule, without the drama. He picked up the best part of a decade in site supervision before joining Elpha Metrics, working his way up from a junior role reviewing engineering drawings against on-site work. A Diploma in Building Technology from TARUC backs up the technical side, and these days he's the calm voice on-site at Elpha Metrics when contractors start throwing curveballs. CIDB Green Card holder, spreadsheet whisperer, professional deadline-keeper. Ask him what he's actually proud of, though, and it's less about any single flagship project and more the handover moment itself: watching an idea turn into a real, functional space that clients and end users genuinely enjoy using, on time, every time.

Kelvin Ng - Site Supervisor
Kelvin's route into site supervision wasn't the usual one: an Advanced Diploma in Multimedia Interior Design from Era Technology, then a design internship, before he made the jump to seeing builds through on-site instead of on paper at Elpha Metrics. That design background actually works in his favour, he's the one who catches when what's getting built doesn't quite match the design intent, not just when a measurement's off. Add in constant site coordination, colour-matching that would make a paint store jealous, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max and Photoshop, and it's a fairly natural fit. CIDB Green Card certified.

Steph Lim - Contracts Executive
Steph's entire vibe is "let's talk numbers before they become a problem," and pre-contract work is where she's most in her element: tenders, quotations, BOQs and cost estimates, all sorted before a project even breaks ground. Seven-plus years deep in quantity surveying and contract administration, she's worked across landed homes, offices, retail, F&B and commercial builds, with contract values that have run as high as RM41 million. She juggles several live projects at a time at Elpha Metrics, chasing down competitive subcontractor rates without letting quality slip, and keeps things on track through progress claims, Variation Orders and Final Accounts once work is underway. A Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying from INTI International University backs the numbers side, and when she's not buried in a BOQ, she's apparently the type to casually climb Mount Kinabalu for fun.
Client Services

Amanda Tew - Sales Consultant
Interior design has been Amanda's thing since she was young, and she followed it all the way through an interior design diploma before landing in sales, which turns out to be the perfect spot for someone who genuinely loves talking about design rather than just selling it. She's the one who takes a client's wishlist, walks it through concept development, budgeting and site coordination, and makes sure none of it gets lost between the first meeting and the final handover. A couple of years into the role already, she's handling corporate offices, retail kiosks, condos and showrooms at Elpha Metrics with the kind of follow-through that makes clients trust the process. She's basically the human sticky note that keeps everyone on the same page.
Marketing & Technology

Lee Ban Twan - AI & Digital Transformation Manager
Lee's technically the newest face on the team, just over a year at Elpha Metrics, but with 20-plus years in digital marketing behind him, he didn't walk in needing training wheels. His current mission: get AI actually pulling its weight for the team, so quotations go out faster, design visuals come together quicker, and project schedules stop being educated guesses. He's already put that to the test, handling 10 client quotation requests solo and turning them around in a timeline that made a few eyebrows go up. Off the AI side, he's the one making sure Elpha Metrics' portfolio looks as sharp online as the projects do in real life.
